Salvation Army - Norwich Corps Community Center

Office hours: M-F: 9am-12 noon; 1-3:30pm. Salvation Army is at times able to provide financial assistance to help with rent to those who qualify. This assistance when available is offered to low income residents experiencing an emergency situation who meet all eligibility requirements.
