Residents may be qualified for emergency assistance available through various funding sources if they have experienced the following in the past three months:     Loss of employment     Household income reduced or unexpected expenses     Eviction notice, mortgage, default letter     Water or electricity shut-off notice Services: Case management LIHEAP application drop-off only Money management Rent/mortgage assistance Utilities payment
