The Northeast Florida AIDS Network offers programs and services to those who qualify within the community who have been diagnosed with HIV/AIDS, their families, and caregivers. The AIDS Insurance Continuation Program provides payment of insurance premiums, insurance co-pays, and deductibles to ensure private insurance is maintained.  They have a food bank, support groups, and transportation.
