United Methodist Cooperative Ministries Madison

The United Methodist Cooperative Ministries provides financial assistance for rent and utilities to households with children under the age of 18 available to residents in Madison, Taylor and Jefferson counties. A thrift shop is located in 799 SW Pinckney St, Madison. Layettes are provided for Healthy Start clients (a mission project, along with others, of the Pine Tree Craft 'n Quilters of the UMCM).  Other programs offered are a Brown Bag program for persons 60+ in Madison jail and detention home ministry, and exercise classes.
