Ark - Senior Rent Assistance (NOAH)

Ark offers Emergency financial assistance that provides to elderly neighbors through a special program. Noah grants are made to neighbors 65 and older who live on a fixed income. No loss of income or exceptional expense need be demonstrated. Neighbors are eligible for up to $100 Noah grants once in a 12-month period.
