All housing programs are available to all patients who are enrolled in Medical Care, Behavioral Health and/or the Substance Abuse Treatment program at either the Duluth or Decatur Center. Both Centers offer the same HOPWA housing services to eligible clients. Late Rent/Utility Assistance (STRMU)Contact the Housing Director, Rasheeda Jordan, for assistance with a STRMU application.
