Community Housing Investment Corporation

Community Housing Investment offers Corporation Housing Infill Program that is designed to provide assistance to low or moderate income families in purchasing a newly constructed single family residential property. The program allows the acquisition of a new home with less down payment. Annually, around 20 infill homes are built throughout Council Bluffs. The program is operated by the NeighborWorks Home Solutions with assistance from the Department of Community Development. Interested applicants should apply directly to NeighborWorks Home Solutions.
