Wabash Area Development Inc. offers assistance with:  Rental assistance Utility assistance Financial counseling Case Management Advocacy Those who are eligible must meet the following requirements: Residents of Edwards, Gallatin, Hamilton, Saline, Wabash, Wayne and White counties Must provide proof of an unexpected crisis that put you behind on your bills Must have sufficient income that if you get caught up you would be able to pay your regular monthly bills in the future There are income guidelines to qualify, the household must show that if the assistance is provided, they have sufficient income to pay their bills in the future. Households may only receive help in this program once every two years. Call for details.
