Two Rivers

Two Rivers Regional Council of Public Officials still has funds available through the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) to help with winter heating costs. Those that have not received assistance since September are encouraged to call and apply. LIHEAP is designed to help eligible households with their winter heating bills. Funding is available for those using natural gas, propane, electric, fuel oil. Eligible households will receive a one-time payment that will be sent to the fuel supplier on their behalf. When applying a person will need to bring with them the following information:    Social Security Cards for all household members    Proof of the past 30 day gross household income    Current fuel and electric bills
