Department of Redevelopment - TERRE HAUTE provides Housing Programs to Any non-profit corporation that has the capacity to undertake and complete the rehabilitation or construction of housing for low- to moderate-income persons can apply for the housing and community facilities programs according to the program guidelines. Community Housing Development Organizations (CHDO's) are encouraged to apply. All housing and community facility programs will be publicly advertised on a first-come, first-served basis when HUD's CDBG and HOME program funds are available. Applications will be available at the Department of Redevelopment.
