Intercongregation Communities Association Financial Assistance

Intercongregation Communities Association Financial Assistance  program  provides financial aid for crises, such as rent, mortgage and utilities to prevent the loss of a home or power. For other needs, Intercongregation Communities Association (ICA) can help to connect you with other resources. If you are in need of a bus pass, please contact an ICA Case Manager. Hours of Operantion: By appointment only Monday-Friday:   9:00 AM - 4:00 PM  Saturday:   11:00 AM - 3:00 PM Eligibility for  resident of: Minnetonka Hopkins Excelsior Deephaven Shorewood Greenwood Woodland Other requirements apply, depending on need, such as a bill showing the need.
