CAASTLC has comprehensive housing assistance programs which includes Home Ownership, Housing Counseling, and Rent/Mortgage Assistance. All services offered at CAASTLC start with a Family Intake, Assessment and Referral. Most of the programs that CAASTLC provides are targeted for low-income county residents. Income eligibility varies slightly for some programs.
