Mississippi Regional Housing Authority IV offers rental assistance to low income residents through the management of the areas Housing Choice Voucher Program - formerly Section 8.  This program is available to those that qualify and there may be a waiting list due to the overwhelming need for assistance. At times the list may close to new applicants.
