Sandhills Community Action Program continues to conceptualize, develop and implement comprehensive solutions to the problems of low-income people, by responding to their needs and helping them to realize their full potential. Currently the following programs are offered:     Section 8 Housing choice Voucher Program (Rental Assistance for low-income households) Section 8 HCV Family Self-sufficiency Program (Employment and Asset Building)    CSBG Self-sufficiency Program (Education and Employment assistance)   Transitional Housing (Housing for the homeless)    Jackson Terrace Apartments (Affordable housing for Seniors 62 and up)    Food Commodity Distribution (Quarterly distributions in Moore County)
