Community Development Grant Programs Division - LEXINGTON COUNTY project activities are targeted to provide decent housing, a suitable living environment, and to expand economic opportunities for low- and moderate-income neighborhoods located in the unincorporated areas of the County. HOME funds provide a wide range of activities that build, buy, and/or rehabilitate affordable housing for rental, homeownership, or to provide direct rental assistance to low- and moderate-income persons.
