The HOPWA program services address the housing and housing-related supportive service needs of low-income and/or homeless individuals and families living with HIV/AIDS.  Services include: Tenant-based Rental Assistance (TBRA) Short-term Rent, Mortgage, or Utility Assistance (STRMU) Permanent Housing Placement (PHP) Transitional Medical Respite Care (TMR)
