Catholic Family Service Diocese Of Lubbock Helps low-income, mostly single parents complete their college education by providing assistance with the following: Tuition Textbooks Rent Childcare Mileage reimbursement Utilities There is currently a waiting list for this program. Catholic Family Service helps 'the least among us,' and empowers people to improve their lives.  Mon-Fri 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Assists with: Food Prescription medications Rent Utilities Eye exams Glasses Basic dental care This program has a food and hygiene pantry. Limited assistance for utilities outside of Lubbock County. Rent assistance is only available in Lubbock County.
