Assistance provided once every 18 months, maximum help 3 times. Hours: Mon Wed 9:00 am-11:00 am, closed every 5th week How to apply: Call Monday and Wednesday mornings 9:00 am-11:00 am to make appointment Documents needed: Photo ID, Social Security Number, proof of income Proof of Residence.
