SAMMinistries - Rental Assistance

SAM Ministries  provides emergency financial assistance as well as case management and referrals to help ensure people do not become homeless. Must have a disconnection/eviction notice. Must complete an application and agree to a 6 month follow-up. Eligibility: Proof of income is required for this program, for example employment, Social Security, TANF.           Hours of Operation:  Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
