Mission Statement: Our Mission is to serve the citizens of Wise County by providing and promoting the development of affordable rental housing and homeownership opportunities for low-to-moderate income households in a safe environment by revitalizing and maintaining neighborhoods, and continuing an active partnership with the County of Wise.
