Wellspring Family Services - Eviction Prevention

Wellspring Family Services - Eviction Prevention offers a variety of services to those in need in the area including Eviction Prevention. This service is available to those that qualify who are low-income families and individuals that reside in Seattle and are experiencing the possible loss of permanent housing. Some eligibility requirements are applicant must be considered low income ( 50% of HUD's gross annual income guidelines ) , household income must be at least 1.5 times the amount of rent, must be able to provide a lease, must have a reasonable plan to pay rent in the future and agree to complete a budget and work with a Case Manager for 6 months.
