The South Metro Housing Options (SMHO) Low-Income Housing Tax Credit waiting list for 1, 2, and 3-Bedroom apartments at Powers Circle Apartments is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least July, 2017, until further notice

There are two ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Print the application available online here. Select the "Click here" link

2. Pick up an application at the SMHO office, located at 5808 S. Rapp St, Littleton, CO 80120

Once the application has been completed, it must be returned to:

200 W Sterne Pkwy  
Littleton, CO 80120

Preferences have not yet been confirmed

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list
