Jefferson County, Kentucky Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List

The Louisville Metro Housing Authority (LMHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is open, since at least March, 2017, until further notice.

There are four ways to apply:

1. Download and print the the application online. Select the "Section 8 Housing Application" or "Section 8 Housing Application (Spanish)" link.
2. Pick up an application at the LMHA office, located at 600 South 7th Street, Louisville, KY 40203.
3. Call (502) 569-6076.
4. Write a letter to:Louisville Metro Housing AuthorityP.O. Box 189Louisville, KY 40201-0189

Once the application has been completed, it must be mailed to the LMHA, P.O. Box 189, Louisville, KY 40201. Applications will not be accepted by fax, email or in person.
