The Housing Authority of Jackson County (HAJC) is accepting Rural Development waiting list applications for Orchard Home and Prescott Gardens Apartments from June 24, 2024, until July 9, 2024

This waiting list is for the following properties:

• Orchard Home Apartments - located at 1630 Orchard Home Drive, Medford, OR 97501

• Prescott Gardens Apartments - located at 2164 N. Keene Way, Medford, OR 97501

Preferences have not yet been confirmed

Selection Process

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences

Application Method

There are two ways to apply while the waitlist is open:

1. Pick up an application from the HAJC office, located at 2251 Table Rock Rd, Medford, OR 97501

2. Print the paper application that will be available on the HAJC website.

Once the paper application has been completed, it must be either:

1. Hand delivered to the HAJC office, located at 2251 Table Rock Road, Medford, OR 97501

2. Mailed to the HAJC at the address above

3. Faxed to (541) 857-1118

4. Emailed to [email protected]
