The maximum income limits for each household size are as follows:
- 1 Person $36,900 | 5 Persons $56,950
- 2 Persons $42,200 | 6 Persons $61,150
- 3 Persons $47,450 | 7 Persons $65,350
- 4 Persons $52,700 | 8 Persons $69,600
This waiting list has the following preferences:
- Received Homebuyer/ Homeownership Education Certificate
- Veteran of US Armed Forces
- Employment/Elderly/Disabled
- City of Chester Resident
