The Northampton County Housing Authority (NHCA) will accept Senior and Disabled Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) waiting list applications for 1-Bedroom apartments at Goepp Street Apartments from June 10, 2024 at 9:00 am ET, until further notice

This waiting list is for the following property:

• Goepp Street Apartments - located at 732 E Goepp St, Bethlehem, PA 18018. Offering 1-Bedroom units for seniors 55 or older

Please note: "To be eligible for the building, the following criteria must be met: You need to be age 55 or older (A small percentage of physically handicapped under the age of 55 are allowed.)"

Income Qualification

The maximum income limits for each household size are as follows:

• 1 Person $55,100 | 2 Persons $62,950
