Snyder and Union County, Pennsylvania Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List

This waiting list is for Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher rental housing assistance in Snyder and Union County, Pennsylvania.

The Snyder County Housing Authority (SCHA) is accepting Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from the earliest confirmed open date of July 26, 2023, until further notice.

To apply while the waitlist is open, pick up an application in person outside the SCHA office, located at 106 Drake Court, Middleburg, PA 17842.

It is not yet known how to submit the paper application after it is completed.

The maximum income limits for each household size are as follows:

• 1 Person $24,600 | 5 Persons $37,950
• 2 Persons $28,100 | 6 Persons $40,750
• 3 Persons $31,600 | 7 Person $43,550
• 4 Persons $35,100 | 8 Persons $46,350

This waiting list has the following preferences: Live or work in Snyder County.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
