Pierre Housing and Redevelopment Commision Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List

The Pierre Housing and Redevelopment Commission (PHRC) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently open until further notice.Pierre, SD is about 170 miles east of Rapid City, SD.There are two ways to apply:

1. Visit the PHRC office to pick up an application, located at 301 W Pleasant Drive, Pierre, SD 57501, during normal office hours.
2. Request to have an application mailed to you by calling (605) 773-7425 during normal office hours.

Once the application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above. No documents are needed at this time.The PHRC does have a preference for: elderly, disabled, or families with children.For more information, call the PHRC at (605) 773-7425 during normal office hours.
