The Scott County (VA) Redevelopment and Housing Authority has opened the waiting list for the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher program; no closing date has been identified.
Scott County, VA is 2 hours northeast of Knoxville, TN; 1.75 hours north of Asheville, NC; and 3 hours southwest of Roanoke, VA.
 

Applications can only be obtained by picking them up at the housing authority's office but can be mailed back.
