Housing Authority of the City of Keyser Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the City of Keyser (HACK) is currently accepting Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications. This waiting list is open indefinitely.

To apply, visit the HACK to pick up an application, located at 440 Virginia St., Keyser, WV 26726, between the hours of 7:00 am until 3:00 pm, Monday-Friday.

Once the application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above, between the hours of 7:00 am until 3:00 pm, Monday-Friday.

Be sure to include these documents with your application: birth certificates, and social security cards.

The HACK does have a preference point system that may improve your spot on the waiting list: live and or work in Mineral County, or a veteran.
